So lately I have been trying to find a way to have controlled splurges but still pursue my overall fat loss goals. My current test is to limit them to Saturday. So far it has been great! I may have gone a little too far yesterday but it’s my first run through.
My current mindset regarding fitness and nutrition is to do what makes me feel good and to forgive myself for my setbacks. If I push Saturdays a little too far I will reassess and go from there. While this is working for me, however, I will not shame myself over anything I eat. That doesn’t help anyone.
As for today, the plan is to go grocery shopping and do all of my meal prep. I’m excited to be fully prepared for the week. It’s been awhile since I’ve done a full prep. I plan to take some pictures and to do a post over that.
